Principally from the shape of the white areas extending into the 'armpits' I would say it is Lesser. Also, it looks rather small. Perhaps you could take some measurements of wing, tail & bill lengths which may help to confirm.

Dear All,  

Early morning on 23rd of this month a dead Frigatebird was found on Jumba beach/Northcoast by R.Jessop! 
I had submitted record to ebird thinking it is a Great Frigatebird as had seen one patrolling 3 years ago, but with the help of J.Bradley it was established that actually this could well be a Lesser Frigatebird! 

Thought this might be an interesting record for Kenyabirdsnet too!!
