James and all

There has been a massive breeding event at Lake Natron, you can expect many many thousands of immature birds in the Kenya Rift. Sadly we do not have real numbers, no attempted aerial counts.

All,

This morning at 7.30 am a solitary Lesser Flamingo at Hyena Dam. I surmise forced in by the weather.  Still there when I left at 10.30 am.  Also 8 Knob-billed Ducks.
