Mike Roberts saw a White-faced Scops Owl at his house (2130 m asl)  on Lolldaiga Hills Ranch, eastern Laikipia, in 2017.  This is an unusually high altitude for this species.  Not seen or heard here since...as far as I am aware.  Probably a bird 'moving through'.
