Looks like an Eastern Olivaceous Warbler to me; definitely not Olive-tree or Upcher’s.

Caught this warbler in NNP on the 2nd of April.  Have looked at many pictures of Upcher's and Olive-tree as well as read available material and still uncertain.  Would really welcome any more definitive help..
