Good thoughts there on what perhaps should be done. Someone, or a several of them, should then contact NEMA right away. I agree we need to end the current cruel approach to a more acceptable control. 

As I heard the story, a few farmers planted their crop (rice) earlier than others. They need to have synchronised planting to spread the impacts. 

Anyone with contact of a local bird guide in Mwea? I will be visiting soon.
