I leaning more towards African Goshawk because of the bare yellow parts around the eye and the greyish cere.

Took this picture at Hunters lodge mid-morning 18th April. I am going back and forth between an African Goshawk, Shikra or a Eurasian Sparrowhawk. Couldn't get a good front photo.
