I recorded a Red-necked Phalarope this year on Feb.01st at Jumba Beach/North Coast!!! 
It sat on the beach for a few seconds & flew off towards the sea

needle-thin bills, Grey have stouter bills with yellow on them, so
this is a very nice Red-necked,
