Subject: Are these white storks?

I observed these flock on 25th December above the sky in my Home village,Bungoma county,Tongaren constituency.
The birds were very high. I counted about flocks of toughly 150 birds each.
They disappeared in the clouds after about ten minutes.
Could they be white storks?
