The raptor in the attached pictures has sat all day in the canopy of a Croton tree in my garden in Rosslyn Lone Tree, Nairobi.  Legs appear white, distinctive marking under chin, black beak, yellow and black eye, white bars visible on tail in one of the pictures.  Looks juvenile.  Any ideas?  Sheena
