Dear all,
See below.
It would be great help, despite the remoteness of this bird if
you could help locate the bird and get the transmitter.
Please contact Mr. Shay Rotics shay.rotics@mail.huji.ac.il if you can help

Hello all
For some of you I send this mail because you already kindly helped us in the
past in retrieving storks' transmitters in neighboring countries.
A juvenile stork with a GPS transmitter died in north Kenya, 20 km from the
border with Ethiopia and 120 km east of lake Turkana. The location is remote
but looks accessible since there is a dirt road about 3 km from the location
(we have the exact location).
In addition to finding the transmitter, we are also interested in getting some
pictures, estimating the cause of death from the carcass, and ready to cover
the travel cost.
Do you know anyone who can help with this?
Many thanks
Sincerely
Shay
