I am pleased to share this record with you of what looks like an Eurasian Scops-Owl (see attached image for confirmation). Alternative thoughts welcome.

Locality: Mwiki, Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya.
Habitat: perched on an avocado tree, residential area.
