Partial albino is not possible any more than partial pregnant. It is leucistic.

January water bird counts continue and am particularly happy to discover wonderful things.
last weekend we were at lake bogoria, my group encountered snakes, mainly puff adderes
but we also had spectacular views of this ruff in this plumage.
is this the breeding plumage?
