Beaudouin's Snake Eagle

I wish to share with you the observation of Beaudouin's Snake eagle, Circaetus beaudouini at Bunyala Rice Scheme (approx location http://m.google.co.uk/u/m/zo3MdR; apologies location co-ordinates taken using my phone's GPS) photographed on 28th October 2012 (16:43h). The subject remains available and has been seen on other random surveys at the rice scheme being easy to pick from its molting secondaries of the right wing (the dropped off 3rd secondary feather is not yet replaced).
