Jambo Colin,

It must be wonderful to see a dry country species in your garden. It is new for that atlas square?. Where do they come from? Possible Tsavo East NP. I know that you tell if it is a Male or Female from the bill colour.

Happy Birding.

Just had a White-bellied Go-Away-Bird in our garden in Watamu - right on the beach front. Had heard it calling for a couple of hours and thought it sounded like one but could not find it. then it showed itself well just now... photo below - with kite on beach in background to prove it!

Anyone ever heard of White-bellied Go-Away-Birds on the beach front? Certainly my first...

Colin
