Wednesday Morning Birdwalk records Greetings

Some nice records from Nature Kenya's Wednesday Morning Birdwalk:

Hartlaub’s Turaco climbing down a hanging liana to drink from the stream in the Arboretum on May 4.

Late migrants – Sedge and Willow Warblers – at Sue Allan's house in Langata on 11 May. Also Hadada and Common Moorhen chicks, and fledglings of many species.

Orange-breasted (Zebra) Waxbills displaying with a white goose or chicken feather and “feathering their nest” inside an old Grosbeak Weaver nest, on May 25 at the first pond on the road from the Kiambu Road to Paradise Lost.

Little Bittern and African Darter at the “Langata wetlands” ponds off Langata Road today June 1st. Also Bonatea and Aerangis orchids in flower.

Wishing you good birding, Fleur
