Subject: Wahlberg's Honeybird at Naibor

Hi All,

A very exciting find in camp this morning - an immature Wahlberg's Honeybird seen just in front of the office.

Pictures attached aren't great but show the distinctive bill shape and plain brown wings (no hint of green precluding Eastern Honeybird). and the entirely white outer tail feathers tell us it's an immature; they'd be black-tipped on an adult.

Another great "honeyguide" for Naibor Camp which brings my total seen here to five species in just six months.

Happy birding!
