Subject: White-necked Ravens

Does anyone know anything about White-necked Ravens habits?

I'm working in the Virunga Mountains, and every morning at breakfast time a pair of White-necked Raven arrive for food. They are usually given odd pieces of toast and other uneaten breakfast items. Interestingly, they quickly gather as much food as they can hold in their bills, then fly off, only to land nearby where they dig a number of small holes and then stash some of the food there. Up to now I have never observed the coming back to this food.
