Hi to all,

 

i took the attached photo of a Little Egret yesterday at the Hula Valley, Northern Israel. this morph with the yellow going up almost to the joint between tibia and tarsus (and no this is neither Snowy nor Dimorphic Egrets), is not that rare to find and there seems to be too much variation on Little Egrets.

 

bare this in mind next time you point a white morph Dimorphic Egret only based on the leg colour...
