I know that Tony Archer spent years working on eradicating the Indian House Crow in Kenya.  He would typically work with someone on the ground who had a particular interest in getting rid of them within some defined area.  He developed some quite effective techniques as I understand it.  Do you know Rob Glen (father in law) down there in Ruaha? I think he might know some about it too.
