Long-legged Buzzard
I believe that I saw a long-legged buzzard today on our place up here in Laikipia. I only hesitate because I have never seen one before. It was definitely a big buteo , it had a very pale head and bright rufous coverts. There doesn’t seem to be anything else that it could have been.
