Looks like a European
Honey Buzzard to me.
Especially due the yellow
wax skin at the base of the culmen.

Hi Guys:
I'd be interested to get your views on this bird seen in the
Mara last week foraging on at the edge of a fire...feeding on grasshoppers.
I have had many responses and have narrowed it down, but
would like to get your thoughts.
