Subject: Palaearctic passage migrants

The Wednesday Morning Birdwalks had nice views of palaearctic migrants on
passage today 31 March 2004 at Splash, Langata:

Eurasian Nightjar (on lowest rung of wooden go-cart fence)
Barn Swallow
Yellow Wagtail
Spotted Flycatcher
Sedge Warbler (singing)
Olivaceous Warbler (singing)
Willow Warbler

And outside the grounds, a Parasitic Weaver (singing a short twittering
song).

Good birding, Fleur
