Dear all,

on 8th December 2003 Gonçalo Elias, Rui Brito and Bernard Chege on a 
small islet off Dunga Beach, near Kisumu, Lake Victoria one Caspian 
Tern was seen.
this is an unusual record for the area and thus worth a note.
